Good customer service. The stove (HT-3000) operates very nicely. We are especially pleased that the air control can be adjusted anywhere from open to closed or anywhere in between. On our old stove, a different manufacturer, the damper controlled the amount of air flow, and it had to be either full open (which was only for starting fires, and after 20 minutes or so would be too hot), or it closed completely, and if closed too soon would stifle the fire, if momentum hadn't gained enough. This stove eliminates that issue, as it has fully adjustable air control. Seems very efficient also.

Did not purchase the kit for the Drolet 1800 insert, so had to order seperately. Finished off the install perfectly. Stove heats house very well and with the fireplace trim kit finishes off the installation perfectly.

Heats my house perfect

This woodstove has transformed my house into a cozy home! It is really well made, works great, and is everything I need to heat by 1000 sq. ft. home. It took a little longer for delivery, yet it arrived in great shape, as it was packed very well. Good things take time. Thank you Frye Direct for your superb service and quality product!

We are on our 2nd year heating our 1700 Sq ft ranch house with this stove. No problems or issues. It works great! We also really enjoy heating with wood. In addition to saving money the feel and making it as warm as you want and the ambience are great. We installed it ourselves but that is no small undertaking. Although our stove package came with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Insert works great and you can't get a better price anywhere. Shipping was fast. l live in a rural area and was concerned about the delivery truck, with a lift gate, getting up my driveway. FedEx driver did great and dropped it off at the garage door.
