We are on our 2nd year heating our 1700 Sq ft ranch house with this stove. No problems or issues. It works great! We also really enjoy heating with wood. In addition to saving money the feel and making it as warm as you want and the ambience are great. We installed it ourselves but that is no small undertaking. Although our stove package came with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Insert works great and you can't get a better price anywhere. Shipping was fast. l live in a rural area and was concerned about the delivery truck, with a lift gate, getting up my driveway. FedEx driver did great and dropped it off at the garage door.

Super fast delivery and a perfect fit with all the necessary parts to get it working. Had to do some modifications on the original fireplace to get the chimney pipe lined up and sealed properly. Only thing I would add is some high temp ceramic insulation around the pipe with the kit.

The stove arrived packed securely in a wooden crate and was delivered at a convenient time for me as the trucking company called ahead to make an appointment. Shortly after the stove arrived I also received a kit with fire starters, gloves and stove glass cleaner. We have used the stove several times and it produces plenty of heat for the cabin. I would recommend the purchase of this stove if you are looking for an attractive , affordable and efficient wood burning stove.
