At Fyre Direct, we understand the importance of ensuring your purchases arrive safely and securely. That's why we offer Navidium Shipping Protection, a service designed to give you peace of mind by covering lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Here’s how Navidium Shipping Protection works:

Lost and Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, Navidium Shipping Protection has you covered. Simply contact our support team, and we will assist you in locating your package. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If the tracking says "delivered," but you haven't gotten it yet, please give us up to five business days to deliver your package. Sometimes the driver marks it as delivered too soon and tries to deliver it again. It may end up in a safe place on your property or at your neighbours'.

Ultimately, feel free to contact us about a lost package, but please wait until the time has passed for it to be considered lost. 

Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, Navidium Shipping Protection can help. We require the following to process your claim:

  • Images of the Damages: Please provide clear photographs showing the damage to the shipping packaging.
  • Images and Video of the Damaged Items: Include photographs and a short video demonstrating the damage to the items inside the package caused by the shipping process.

Once we receive and review the required documentation, we will determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement, repair kit or a refund.

Manufacturer's Defects

Please note that manufacturer's defects are not covered under Navidium Shipping Protection. If you believe your item has a manufacturer's defect, please email our support team at info@fyredirect.com. We will provide you with the necessary protocol to address and rectify the issue directly with you.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Manufacturer's Defects as stated above
  • Lost packages because you gave the wrong address information
  • Redelivery fees 
  • Shipping delays: Order listed with us as unfilled or unshipped. This could be because of problems with the supplies or send-out delays.
  • If you asked for things to be left outside your home and they go missing, you can't file a claim because that's against the carrier's terms and conditions
  • International Orders: If your order gets stuck in customs, we can't be held responsible. Please get in touch with the courier you chose and pay any customs fees that are due. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund

Discretion and Situational Basis

All claims processed through Navidium Shipping Protection are handled at our discretion and are situationally based. This means we evaluate each claim individually, considering the specific circumstances before making a decision. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible resolution while maintaining fairness and consistency.

You have 15 days from when the package was sent to file a claim.

You agree to these terms when you choose Navidium shipping protection.
